Judy Lapointe Jennings is the host of The Healthy U Show on myKTOV Ch. 21/Cable 15 Sundays at 10:00 am. The second season begins February 1, 2009. As the only professionally produced health related show in the Coastal Bend, The Healthy U Show provides a service to the people of South Texas by educating them on the most serious health threats in our community.

No other forum brings health information to the public in an easy to understand format designed to appeal to a wide range of individual interests.

The Healthy U Show will begin airing the second season on Sunday, February 1, 2009 on myKTOV at 10.00am. It also will air as a radio program on 107.3 Jake FM on Sundays at 7:00am and at 6:00am on Classic Rock 104.5 and Planet 102.3.

The second season for The Healthy U Show will run from February 1, 2009 through April 26, 2009. Second season reruns will air May 3, 2009 through July 26, 2009. The third season will begin August 2, 2009 and run through November 1, 2009. Third season reruns will air November 8, 2009 through January 31, 2010.
