Judy has 15 years of experience managing services for people with diabilities, people living with HIV/AIDS, and senior citizens.  She has conducted seminars across the nation to help people learn how to remain vital and vibrant participants of their communities.

In the first season, The Healthy U Show interviewed experts such as Dr. Stephen Ponder and Dr. Humberto Bruschetta on the most important topic for our community; diabetes. Diabetes was also the topic of interviews on how it relates to young adults, children, infants and pregnant women. The season finale of the show addressed the looming problem of heart disease and its association with diabetes.

These are just some of the ways The Healthy U show has had a significant positive impact on the community and will continue to educate the public on health issues impacting the lives of people living in South Texas..
