The Healthy U Show with Judy LaPointe Jennings

Judy Lapointe Jennings is the host of The Healthy U Show on myKTOV Ch. 21/Cable 15 Sundays at 10:00 am. The second season begins February 1, 2009. As the only professionally produced health related show in the Coastal Bend, The Healthy U Show provides a service to the people of South Texas by educating them on the most serious health threats in our community.

No other forum brings health information to the public in an easy to understand format designed to appeal to a wide range of individual interests.

Judy believes education is the key to empowering people to live longer and feel better. The mission of The Healthy U Show is to provide a forum through which health care providers and members of health-oriented community organizations can share their expertise with the people of South Texas so they may be proactive and knowledgeable in making health care and lifestyle decisions.

The Healthy U Show features guests each week on topics ranging from obesity and Type II diabetes to water safety and children’s health issues. Information is provided in an enjoyable and easy to understand format without a lot of medical jargon. Judy is dedicated to presenting a wide variety of views from credible and respected sources.
